The Marshall's, the Homemade Burger

Recommended by Su, we're heading towards the new burger stall in town. The Marshall's Burger is located at Lorong Kucing whereby they're coming with their delicious and healthy homemade burgers by using the grill. The stall is started by a group of friends as their part-time job. Ordering at 730pm as the customer no.8 and then picking up the order at 8pm during the customer no.23, you'll realize the amazing business that they've done . Look at the customers that are standing there and queuing up for their turns!

Other than the prefixed menu, ADD ONs are also available for the burgers. Elaine and Phui Yee have decided for The Bull. The burger is made from 100% Australian Beef Patty that weighs 175g and then being topped with 2 pieces of American Cheddar Cheese, Bacon slice, fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes in the bakery fresh bun. They're complaining that the meat patty is not to the taste with too less saltiness.

Su has ordered the Grilled Chicken Thigh Burger whereby the whole chicken leg that has been marinated with their secret sauce is then grilled on the fire before sandwiched with the American Cheddar Cheese, lettuce, onions and tomatoes in the bun. This is a tasty burger whereby the meat has absorbed the sauce completely and the aroma is further enhanced by the grilling process. The chicken meat is tender and juicy yet it's sinful with its oily skin. Anyway, I guess this is another small secret that has completed the burger.

I've chosen a different menu by going for The Roost. This is a giant burger whereby the fresh buns are layered with 3 pieces of chicken patty, 2 pieces of American Cheddar Cheese, Bacon slice, fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes. The chicken meat is soft but the stacked patties taste a little dry indeed. I like especially the secret homemade sauce that has been added to the meat patty. A small suggestion, please add more sauce to the thick chicken patties.

If you wish to try the Marshall's Burger, please find them at Burmah Road. They've relocated their business to the shop house that is located just beside the Penang Plaza.
